Thobe Day
Thobe Day gave Muslim brothers the opportunity to proudly wear traditional attire,The event allowed students to celebrate their faith, cultural identity,promoting pride and unity within the schools community.
Henna Event
The MSA hosted a successful Henna Event featuring five talented henna artists in collaboration with the WSA Girls Club and WSA Fashion Club. Students enjoyed an afternoon filled with creativity, delicious food, laughter, and connection. The event provided a welcoming space for students to build friendships and express themselves through art. A special thank you to the NHS volunteers who supported and helped make the event a success.
Food Festival
The MSA hosted a successful Food Festival where approximately 35 students and teachers came together to celebrate cultural diversity through food. Students and staff brought homemade dishes or purchased meals from local businesses, representing a wide range of cultural backgrounds. The event gave everyone the opportunity to try different tastes and learn about one another’s traditions, promoting unity, appreciation, and community within the schools
MSA Hoodie
The official MSA hoodie drop gave students the opportunity to represent the MSA and our school community with pride. Members wore their hoodies excitedly, creating a visible sense of unity and school spirit across four schools.
Eid Banquet
The MSA has successfully hosted Eid celebrations that brought together 80+ students and staff from all 6 schools across the lehman campus. The Eid Banquet gave students an opportunity to celebrate Eid together with their school friends, staff members, and the wider school community.
Through shared food, activities, and a welcoming atmosphere, the event helped create a stronger sense of community across our different schools. It was more than just a celebration—it was a chance for students from different backgrounds to come together, learn about Eid, and celebrate with one another.
The success of the Eid Banquet reflects the MSA’s commitment to building an inclusive school community where everyone feels welcome and connected.
